Creator Dinner with Verci & Slingshot

We partnered with creative community builders, Verci and Slingshot, to host an intimate dinner for creatives at Verci’s community space in NYC. It was an incredible night sparked by a chance IRL conversation between Verci’s founder, Anant Vasudevan, and Notion’s Head of Influencer, Danielle Ito, just weeks earlier. What a reminder that just one idea and a shared vision can lead to something special!

We had 25 creators across filmmaking, music, art, and photography join us and exchange ideas on how they’re using Notion (and AI Agents) to supercharge their workflows and projects. The experience was a true celebration of creativity and community—and we can’t wait to keep hosting more gatherings like this next year!

Snap & Yap with Megan Tan

We also teamed up with creator Megan Tan for her third-ever Snap & Yap, an IRL meetup series she’s been building with her photography and film community.

This NYC edition brought together 50+ creatives—some traveling from Boston and even Germany—for an afternoon of exploring the city on foot, snapping photos, and making connections. Megan used Notion and her AI Agent to plan every detail, including:

  • 📍 Mapping a route from a cafe called nuar to Chinatown

  • 🧤 Selecting and timing the stops along the way

  • 📸 Creating a page for attendees to upload photos and videos from the day

Everyone, including our team, left the meetup feeling inspired by the creative energy present. Shoutout to Megan for curating such an impactful event!

The Great Noodle with Notion Activation

We brought a little slice of our history to Stanford and Berkeley, inviting students to relive our legendary “Great Noodle Lock-In” that brought forth the Notion we know today. 🙏

We loved sharing that story and connecting with young creators across the Bay Area! Here’s to scrapping and rebuilding, locking in on great ideas, and of course, chicken seasoning packets.

Make with Notion London Recap

Make with Notion London was buzzing with 200+ creators and builders who eagerly swapped ideas on how to cut busywork and lean on AI to focus on what really moves the needle. Danielle’s favorite moments from the two-day event were: the live Rubik’s cube expert (who made art from finished cubes!), seeing old friends, and meeting many creators IRL for the first time over coffee ☕✨
